This Privacy Policy describes how Evergreen Tools, LLC ("Evergreen Tools," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our mobile applications, including but not limited to Maker Ledger, Everyday Money, and Maker Math (each an "App," collectively the "Apps"), and any other application we publish now or in the future that links to this policy.
By using any of our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect the email address and password you provide. Authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication (provided by Google). We do not receive or store your password in plain text.
Content You Provide
Our Apps allow you to enter and store your own data, which may include:
- Maker Ledger & Everyday Money: financial records such as income, expenses, budgets, account balances, transaction history, and receipt photos you choose to attach.
- Maker Math: business, inventory, and product information you enter, including materials, products, shops, and event details.
This content is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore) and is associated with your account.
Purchase and Subscription Information
If you make an in-app purchase or subscribe to a premium tier, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements. We receive information such as your purchase history and subscription status, but we do not receive or store your payment card details — those are handled entirely by Apple.
Automatically Collected Information
We use Firebase Crashlytics to help us identify and fix bugs. This may automatically collect:
- Device model, operating system version, and app version
- Crash logs and diagnostic data
- General app usage and performance data
This information is used solely to improve app stability and is not used to personally identify you beyond what is necessary to diagnose issues.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Apps
- Authenticate your account and sync your data across devices
- Process purchases and manage subscription entitlements
- Diagnose technical issues and improve app performance
- Communicate with you about your account, if necessary
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your financial or business data for advertising purposes.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate the Apps:

We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Evergreen Tools, our users, or others.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Google's Firebase infrastructure, which employs industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information and app content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your associated data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal or accounting purposes.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your information
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent, where applicable

7. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child, we will take steps to delete it.
8. International Users
Evergreen Tools, LLC is based in the United States. Our Apps are available worldwide, and by using them, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy when changes are made. Continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
